This article goes over a powerpoint presentation I went over about mechanical flaws in pitchers. The article has some questions that are answered by Tom House and Ron Wolforth. These two guys have been considered to be some of the top pitching mentors.

The mechanical flaws include
– Inverted W
– Flat arm syndrome
– Elevated Distal Humerous(High throwing elbow)
– Forearm Flyout
– Premature Pronation
– Crossing the Acromial Line
